FUNDAMENTAL DISCOVERY WORKSHOP (Initiation on Planetary Therapeutic Singing bowls)

The Himalayan and Planetary Singing Bowls in Sound Therapies 

Whom is this workshop for?

Basically, this workshop is aimed at those interested in learning more about the fascinating world of the vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls and their fabulous therapeutic properties. 

This is a day of orientation during which are introduced the different types of bowls, instruments and other accessories needed in the practice of singing bowls, and some simple techniques of use and application.
This workshop is a first step for those who wish to later supplement their knowledge and take a professional sound therapy course using the planetary singing bowls.

On the other hand, this workshop is not suitable for those who already practice singing bowls professionally. I invite them directly to professional courses.

What can you expect from this workshop?

From a theoretical point of view: 

    • The different types of singing bowls and their respective properties

    • The various sound instruments (bells, tingshas, conch shells, chimes) and accessories used in sound therapies

    • The main techniques for simple uses and applications of singing bowls

    • The main benefits of sound care and therapies

From a practical point of view:

    • You'll know how to play and use singing bowls and other instruments

    • You will have learned some simple techniques of treatment and sound massages 

    • Cleaning the aura

    • Stimulating vision

    • Self-tuning and energy balance

    • Headache and head massage

    • Sexual and relational stimulation

    • Back pain 

    • You will be able to give small treatments and massages for yourself and your loved ones 

    • You will know how to choose your instruments according to your specific needs.

This workshop welcomes any questions, requests for advice or information on all related topics.

If interests on the part of the participants, other topics will be briefly introduced such as the making of singing bowls or scientific work on the effects of sounds and vibrations at the physical level (video), the combination of mantras and other energetic work with the healing of sound and vibrations (optional), the different ways of using the acquired knowledge.

My introduction

My name is Govinda Prasad Tiwari. I was born in Nepal in a small village nestled in the shadow of the Himalayan mountains. Even though life at the time was very hard, I was lucky enough to have grown up in a beautiful natural environment and an incredibly rich cultural environment. The eldest son of a Brahman family, I also had to learn our Vedic texts.

Music has carried me since I was a child. I left my village for Kathmandu with the dream of becoming a musician. After my studies, music became my profession. In a few years, I managed to establish myself on the Nepalese music scene by being recognized as a national artist as an author, lyricist, composer, musician and singer. 

Music is my passion. 

Life is full of surprises. 

One day, a meeting will change the course of my life. I meet in Kathmandu the one who will become my master in the planetary singing bowls. He's Swiss. He's looking for planetary bowls. With him I begin a collaboration, notably by adapting my music studio for the measurement of frequencies. 

Over the years, he will introduce me to the different techniques of treatment and sound massages using planetary singing bowls. This is a new field for me and I crave to learn.

I tried various techniques, including gongs with Don Conreaux, Hertz therapy with Jean-Daniel Isenschmid, sound massages with Peter Hess, as well as other vibro-acoustic techniques, Reiki and yogas.

These teachings helped me to distinguish the most effective techniques. For more than 10 years I have invested all my time and energy to combine all these teachings, apply them, test them with physical reality and scientific evidence. I am also dedicated to the study, research, analysis and development of alternative methods of sound therapies and their benefits at the physical and energy levels. 

Together with my colleagues and the involvement of doctors, psychologists, psychotherapists and other specialists in this field, we have created the association "Physical and Psychological Emotional Health". We are convinced that together we can bring amazing results with more scientific evidence. We aim to provide comfort, peace, harmony, love, understanding and respect for every human being who leads the way of "LIVE AND HELP TO LIVE"

For 11 years now, I have been travelling the world organizing various events related to planetary sounds (yoga and meditation, classes and training, etc.) in order to share my passion and knowledge.
